A career spent at the edge of what's next.

I've spent twenty years helping organisations define products, enter new markets and build the product and design capability to act on what they find — across European fintech, African financial inclusion, and global marketplaces and technology companies. As Director of UX at N26, Head of Product at Paysafe, and a fintech advisor across Africa and India, I learned that the biggest risk isn't building the wrong feature — it's building on top of a decision nobody properly made.

After more than a decade in senior leadership, building teams at scale, I began redesigning my own way of working — through fractional leadership, entrepreneurship and a life split between Europe and India. Today I'm the founder of WEDOAI, an India-based studio building AI products people can actually trust and use, and a fractional partner at The UX Team.

That same redesign became The Business Hippie — a space for founders and independent leaders doing what I did: turning hard-won expertise into an independent, more human way of working.
