Hi, and welcome to my world!

I’m Paula Mariani, born in Argentina with italian origins, I have lived in Buenos Aires, Chicago, Texas, Frankfurt, and Barcelona, offering a broad perspective on human-oriented design. For the past 10 years, I have visited India annually to explore Auroville, a future model city near Pondicherry.

Currently, I travel the world as a Fractional UX Manager, placing Fractional UX Teams, facilitating workshops, and dedicating time to Auroville. I also give talks and work with The UX Team.

I am passionate about helping people find their place by guiding them to discover and pursue their life's work and mission, both professionally and geographically. I enjoy combining strategic design, user experience, team building, and digital product strategy with the personal challenges I’ve faced: becoming a people manager, overcoming burnout, reconnecting with my roots, and learning to say no.

I worked for a long time in the corporate world full-time. After I took the first step out, I found that I was guided. I didn’t know where things would end. I felt plugged into the powerhouse of life's electricity, and things started happening. Bringing the light down and being “moved” from the inside out—that’s how it feels. It was suddenly happening.

It doesn’t matter what others think: landing your mission and your life’s work is possible.

Lots of people have been doing it for ages.

It gives me hope to know how many people are doing it as we speak.

My drive is to guide you to land your life’s work in a way that’s abundant, allowing you to keep doing it, with time to expand it, and money to feel calm and creative

My life is my message, and from now on that’s my biggest project!
